By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by the following
Paddock Pals Weekly Mystery Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) Official Rules.
1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Many will enter, but only one (1) will win each week.
2. Open to legal residents of the U.S. only, age 18 or over (or the legal age of majority in the entrant’s state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Internet access and an email account are required.
3. You can enter the weekly Giveaways, once a week, beginning January 1, 2024, until December 30, 2024. Weekly entry periods begin on Mondays starting January 1, 2024 at 12:00PM EDT/EST and end the following Monday at 11:59PM EDT/EST (e.g., the first weekly giveaway entry period is January 1, 2024 at 12:00PM EDT/EST until January 8, 2024 at 11:59AM EDT/EST; the second weekly giveaway entry period is January 8, 2024 at 12:00PM EDT/EST until January 15, 2024 at 11:59AM EDT/EST, etc. until the final entry period of 2024 from December 23, 2024 at 12:00PM EDT/EST until December 30, 2024 at 12:00PM EDT/EST).
4. To enter, complete the Sweepstakes Entry Form including first name, last name, email address, and confirmation you are 18 or older (or above the legal age of majority in your state of residence, whichever is greater) at time of entry. Limit one (1) entry per person per email address per week.
5. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on the Tuesday following the close of the entry period for that week (e.g., Week 1 drawing is on January 2, 2024, final 2024 drawing is on December 31, 2024) from among all eligible entries received (the “Drawing Date”). We will contact the potential winner by email on or about the applicable Drawing Date.
6. Each week’s randomly selected potential winner must provide valid contact and shipping information including full name, age, email address, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, and zip code to Sponsor by email and/or DocuSign (Return instructions to be provided to the potential winner in a notification.) and will be asked to execute an affidavit of eligibility/prize acceptance form, and liability and publicity, within seven (7) days of notification, or they will forfeit the prize and an alternate potential winner will be selected for that week. Noncompliance or return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative potential winner.
7. Information collected will be used for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes only and will not be used for marketing or other purposes, however, if the entrant opts into Sponsor’s mailing list at the time of entry, entrant’s full name and email address will be added to Sponsor’s mailing list and the entrant will receive marketing communications from Sponsor.
8. Each week one (1) winner will win one (1) Breyer Paddock Pals horse or unicorn (Estimated Retail Value “ERV” $5.00,) as chosen by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion and subject to availability, and one (1) winner’s ribbon (ERV $5.00); total ERV $10.00.
9. Winner is responsible for all taxes on the prize (if any tax liability arises in their state of residence).
10. Each week’s odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entry period for that week.
11. Prize will ship approximately seven (7) days from the winner's confirmation of mailing address, at no charge to the winner. The estimated ship time is approximately 1-2 weeks depending on the destination.
12. The first name, first letter of last name, city, and state of the winner may be posted to Sponsor’s social media and/or website(s) following winner confirmation.
13. Sponsor and Sponsor’s employees, retailers, and their immediate family members (i.e., spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or stepchild, wherever they may live) are not eligible to enter.
14. By participating, Sweepstakes entrants: (1) represent that they have complied with these Official Rules; (2) grant Sponsor right to use his/her/their first name, the first letter of last name, city, and state; (3) to the maximum extent permitted by law, release Sponsor from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes; and (4) agree to execute an affidavit of eligibility/prize acceptance form and liability and publicity release if requested to do so, all without further compensation.
15. Sponsor is not responsible for technical or other malfunctions with its website or the internet, lost, late or misdirected emails, or incomplete/incorrect entries.
16. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who attempts to tamper or otherwise interfere with the proper functioning of the promotion and/or its website.
17. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion or substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of a malfunction beyond the Sponsor's control.

Residents of Vermont may omit return postage.
